Presentation Description My approach to sustainable food production is to produce enough food to meet dietary needs today, while preserving productive capacity for future generations of people and other species. This is within the context of healthy soil, clean air and water, and regenerative energy to support resilient farming and fishing communities.My research involves collaborative inquiries across disciplines. My training and specific contributions pertain to multiple cropping systems, nitrogen use efficiency, forage agronomy and pasture management.
Thurs. October 26th. - Tuuli Kukkonen - "Aging and Sexual Arousal" Presentation Description
Bio Tuuli Kukkonen is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Relations and Applied Nutrition. Her research interests fall within the field of sexual psychophysiology, with a focus on the interaction between biological and psychosocial factors involved in sexual health and aging and sexual health.She received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from McGill University and completed her pre-doctoral internship at the Sex and Couple Therapy Service (Royal Victoria Hospital) and the Psychosocial Oncology Department (Montreal General Hospital) of the McGill University Health Centre.
